Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if the product has not commenced production.

Cancellation or refund for made-to-order products will not be allowed 3 days prior to product being made for you. 

A processing fee of RM6 will be applied for all cancellations.

Refunds are acceptable in cases of damaged products such as these situations:

Perishable items (for eg. flowers, food items, balloons): damages must be communicated to the Seller and Marketplace Admin team within 3 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the condition of the damaged product received.

Non-perishable items: damages must be communicated to the Seller and Marketplace Admin team within 24 hours of delivery.

If a gift is damaged during shipping, vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, we will replace an item with similar value from the same vendor.

Upon approval of a refund, it will be made within 7 working days and refunded via the original method of payment.

If you receive a defective or an incorrect item, communicate with the Seller for a replacement. All costs of replacement including shipping fees will be borne by the Seller.
